Hyundai Motor Group Education Volunteer Corps H-JUMP SCHOOL, a volunteer group of University Students funded by Hyundai Motor Group, strives to create a society where we can mitigate the social inequality through the triangular mentoring model consisted of youths, SAMs, and professional mentors from community.

For this, H-JUMP SCHOOL annually selects outstanding university students passionate and active about mitigating the social ills and foster them to become a socially-rounded young leader in society equipped with volunteering spirits and culture through volunteering activities and mentoring.

Providing opportunities for education

H-JUMP SCHOOL will provide just opportunities for education to youth mentees from diverse backgrounds in order for them to foster different kinds of dreams and grow.

Providing opportunities for experience

H-JUMP SCHOOL will provide a platform for university students, the future leaders of our society, to experience and grow to become a well-rounded leader.

Cooperation with welfare organizations

H-JUMP SCHOOL will closely cooperate with the welfare organizations in the local society in order to bring about positive changes.

April – Presentation on H-JUMP SCHOOL case at BCCC International Conference, USA
March – 270 SAMs of the 6th H-JUMP SCHOOL Commence
– First Dispatch of SAMs to the Kangwon/Ulsan Province (Kangwon National University, Hyundai Motor Company Ulsan)
February – Completed Selecting the SAMs of the 6th H-JUMP SCHOOL
– Held local opening ceremonies and pre-training workshops
– Held the 2019 mentoring conference with the board of directors at Hyundai Motors (Mabuk Campus, the human resources development center of Hyundai Motor Group University)
2018 December – 6th SAM recruitment (For college students in Seoul and Kyungpook National University, Pusan National University, Kangwon National University, and Ulsan University)
– H-Jumpschool 1.0 Performance report ‘It connects people and people, and also people and the future’
November – Signed MOU with Kangwon National University
– Open call and Selection of Local Learning Centers for the 6th H-JUMP SCHOOL (Seoul, Daegu, Busan, Kangwon)
August – 41 SAMs of the 5+th H-JUMP SCHOOL Commence / 8 Local Learning Centers
July – H-JUMP SCHOOL was introduced as a multilateral cooperation social contribution model at the Social Economy Conference organized by the Executive Community of EU
June – 201 SAMs of the 5th H-JUMP SCHOOL Completed the Program
2017 First case of the beneficiary student becoming a SAM after matriculating into university (SAM of the 5th H-JUMP SCHOOL, Chun Naja SAM, Gyeonggi Global Center)

– First Dispatch of SAMs to Busan Province / Pusan National University
August – Delivered the founded by the “Student-Loving SAMs of the 4th H-JUMP SCHOOL”
